We have a Strict No Returns No Refunds Policy.
We are happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding any item that you are considering for purchase.
All Sales are Final unless we send you the wrong color or style of the item that you purchased. If that is the case, we will happily exchange it for the right one as long as the original item is not used.
Why Don't we Accept Returns?
Miami Feathers has been an established fixture in the Fashion Industry for 20 years and have proudly supplied pieces for Broadway Shows, TV Networks (ABC, NBC, HBO etc), Music Videos (J Lo, Beyonce, Sza, and Major Hollywood Productions such as Black Panther. Not to mention 1000's of pieces for Beauty pageants , Business Promos, international Carnivals etc.
In light of our extensive experience in the industry we have learned to follow strict standards and protocols to ensure the highest quality of all of our products. Each piece is original, never pre-owned and always hand-made just for you. .
As promised, each item is handmade to order by us in our Studio in Miami Florida. We are proud of the quality of our items, and pleasing our customers is our main objective.
We want and need your return business. But due to the nature of our business, since most of our pieces are bought for a special occasion and worn only once, we can not accept any returns.
We have been fraudulently targeted for "wardrobing" or "renting" in the past whereby customers bought our handmade items used them and returned them demanding a full refund.
Since we do not sell used items, we can not resell those used pieces which then become a loss to our business. If we accepted these fraudulent returns, we will have to raise our prices to be able to continue to compete.
